Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours on email@example.com or 7039487078. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it cannot be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one with a proper reason.
1. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(15 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
2. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a replacement.
3. If you have the technical issues with the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
4. Refund will only be processed after we recieve our product back unused.
5. We dont provide any color choices in electronic items and we wont allow any refunds or replacements based on color.
6. Actual product may vary a little as shown in advertisement or our website so we dont refund or replace for slight variations.
7. Specifications of products are available on website, one ordered cannot be replaced or refunded for reasons like maximum volume, charging capacity.
8. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
9. we will process and ship the order within 24 hours but final delivery to customer will depend upon the courier service provider and variety of factors like location, holidays and last mile connectivity.

11. You can submit replacement or refund request within 7 days of delivery. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
12. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and refund will be made through PayTm or Bank A/C Transfer within 5 days.
If for some technical reason you would like to exchange your product, like for a different size in clothing or non working electronic item, You must contact us first and we will guide you through the procedure.
